Terms and Conditions of Use

Booking Confirmation: Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed-upon deposit or full payment.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Guests must adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the rental property is explicitly stated. Additional guests may incur extra charges or may not be permitted.
4. Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required upon booking to cover any damages or excessive cleaning fees. The deposit will be refunded within a specified timeframe after check-out, provided no damages are incurred.
5. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy outlines the terms under which guests can cancel their booking and receive a refund, if applicable.
6. House Rules: Guests are expected to adhere to specific house rules, including noise restrictions, smoking policies, and pet policies, if applicable.
7. Payment Terms: Payment terms, including deposit amounts, due dates, and accepted payment methods, are outlined in the terms and conditions.
8. Cleaning Fees: Any applicable cleaning fees are clearly stated, and guests are expected to leave the rental property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
9. Liability: The rental owner or property management company may not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings that occur during the guest’s stay.
10. Property Access: Guests are granted access to specific areas of the rental property and are prohibited from accessing restricted areas without permission.
11. Utilities and Amenities: Information regarding included utilities (e.g., electricity, water, internet) and available amenities (e.g., kitchen appliances, laundry facilities, parking) are provided.
12. Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the rental property or its contents during their stay, excluding normal wear and tear.
13. Termination of Stay: The rental owner or property management company reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay if they fail to comply with the terms and conditions or engage in disruptive behavior.
14. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay, including those related to noise, occupancy, and health and safety.
15. Dispute Resolution: Procedures for resolving disputes between guests and the rental owner or property management company are outlined, including any arbitration or mediation processes.
16. Noise Restrictions: Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable noise level at all times, especially during late hours (after 10:00 PM and before 9:00 AM). Excessive noise that disturbs neighbors or other guests is strictly prohibited.
17. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours may be specified during certain times of the day or night, during which guests must minimize noise levels to ensure the comfort of others. 
18. Event Policy: Events, parties, or gatherings are only permitted with prior approval from the rental owner or property management company. Additional fees, security deposits, or liability waivers may be required for hosting events.
19. Maximum Occupancy for Events: The maximum number of attendees for events hosted at the rental property is explicitly stated: 20 people. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of the event.
20. Liability for Events: The guest hosting the event is responsible for ensuring that all attendees adhere to the rental property’s rules and regulations. They are also liable for any damages caused during the event.
21. Parking and Traffic Control**: Guests hosting events must adhere to designated parking areas and traffic control measures to minimize disruption to neighbors and other guests.
22. Noise Monitoring: The rental owner or property management company reserves the right to monitor noise levels during events and take appropriate action to address any disturbances.
23. Security Measures: For larger events, security personnel may be required to ensure the safety and security of guests and the rental property.
24. Clean-Up and Damage Deposit: Guests hosting events will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee and/or damage deposit to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning required after the event.
25. Cancellation Policy for Events: Specific cancellation policies may apply to events booked at the rental property, separate from the standard accommodation cancellation policy.

**By agreeing to these noise and events terms and conditions, guests acknowledge their responsibility to comply with the rules and regulations outlined to maintain a peaceful environment for all occupants of the rental property and its surrounding area.
